Double Dragon

I can still remember the first time I played Double Dragon in the arcades, and how utterly blown away by it I was. It was the first time I’d ever played a side-scrolling beat ‘em up and nothing could ever match the sheer thrill of being able to fight with a bunch of bad guys in the streets. When I got my hands on the Commodore 64 version, though, my heart sank. I think I was expecting an exact replica of the arcade version, but I didn’t get it. Still, I played it. Just not that much…
